Discovery API¶
Unauthenticated endpoints describing what the platform currently supports — use these instead of hard-coding chain or protocol lists.
List supported chains¶
Returns all chains supported by the platform, including chain ids and network metadata. This is the live source of truth for network support — prefer it over any static list in documentation.
List protocols on a chain¶
Returns the DeFi protocols available on a chain. Discovery is database-first, enriched with a live probe of the execution layer to confirm current availability, and degrades gracefully if the probe is unavailable.
| Path parameter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
chain_id |
integer | Numeric chain id (e.g. 42161 for Arbitrum One) |
Get protocol details¶
Full details for one protocol, including its supported assets and the actions available through the execution layer.
| Path parameter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
chain_id |
integer | Numeric chain id |
protocol_id |
string | Protocol identifier from the protocol list |
Typical use¶
- A partner UI calls
/discovery/chainsonce at startup to build its network switcher. - Vault composition views resolve protocol names/logos from the protocol endpoints rather than shipping their own registry.
